Orders & Delivery
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs depend on material and process. Die-cut and sheet components can start from a few hundred pieces; moulded or converted foam blocks typically require larger runs. Share your drawing and volume and we will confirm a practical MOQ.
What are your typical lead times?
Sample development usually takes 3–7 working days depending on tooling. Production lead times range from 1–3 weeks based on material availability and order size. We maintain buffer stock on common foam grades to accelerate urgent orders.
How will my order be packed and shipped?
Parts are packed to protect against transit damage — foam wraps, corner protection and cartonising where needed. We dispatch from both units across India via your preferred transporter or courier.
Custom Parts & Materials
Can you manufacture custom parts to my drawing?
Yes — custom manufacturing is our core strength. Send a 2D drawing or 3D model (PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP) with material and tolerance notes. Our engineering team will suggest the best material and process for your application.
Which materials do you work with?
PU, EVA, XLPE, EPE and EPP foams, EPDM rubber, non-woven felt, bubble packaging and aluminium-coated insulation materials. We help select the right grade for your performance, cost and regulatory requirements.
Which drawing formats do you accept?
PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP and STP work best. A sketch or sample is also fine — our engineers can work from an actual part or photo if a drawing is not ready yet.
Can you produce samples before full production?
Yes. We make trial samples for fitment and approval before committing tooling or a production run, so you can validate the part in your own assembly line first.
Quality & Testing
How do you ensure quality and testing?
Our ISO 9001:2015 quality system covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks and final inspection before dispatch.
Do you share inspection reports with the order?
Yes — incoming, in-process and final inspection records are available with every shipment, supported by our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Export & Packaging
Do you export?
Yes. We supply customers across India and can arrange export documentation and packaging for international shipments from our Gurugram and IMT Manesar units.
What packaging options do you offer?
Bubble sheets and pouches, foam protective packaging and custom-engineered transit packaging designed to protect your product in transit and storage.
